- PLANNING APPLICATIONS
- 07/02257/FUL: Demolition of conservatory and erection of a single storey extension to Welkin Cottage, North Lane for Mr And Mrs S Ogden.
There were no objections to this application. - 07/02313/FUL Extend and alter to form an annex and erect a garage/ store at Withybrook House for Mr and Mrs PA Jennings.
The Parish Councillors discussed the above application and had no objections. They supported the conditions suggested by the applicant regarding subdivision of the property. They would also like a condition imposed that the hedge on the road frontage remains or is replaced with a hedge of suitable native species.
