The Messenger on-line?

When the website first began, there was some reluctance to including the Messenger. The main concerns were names and contact details appearing on-line. This concern may have changed over time and the time may be right to include the Messenger on the main website. Another way, if the concern is still perceived, is that the forum could provide a link to the latest edition for registered users.
